ManitobaElection.ca is a citizen-created resource for provincial elections in Manitoba, Canada.

This site features interactive constituency maps, historical information about past elections, a calendar of election events, and educational resources about voting and government. Provincial election candidates are listed along with links to their web pages, email addresses, Facebook fan pages and Twitter feeds. News articles that mention candidates are listed along with candidate responses to our election questionnaire.

Open Democracy Manitoba

ManitobaElection.ca was built by Open Democracy Manitoba with the goal of increasing community interest in democracy and encouraging government openness.

Open Democracy Manitoba is run by the volunteer efforts of Kyle Geske, Andrew Burton and Ken Harasym. We maintain a similar website for the city of Winnipeg municipal elections, WinnipegElection.ca.

Open Democracy Manitoba strives to educate voters, empowering them to understand the roles, issues, and visions of our representatives in order to have a more accountable and respectful democracy.
